A Guy!

I met a guy! Well I've met several guys. Ever heard of blackpeoplemeet.com? Well there's a wealth of men black, mostly. Hence the name ;o) lol. But anyway.. I've got it narrowed down to a couple one for sure. And it's only been a month I've been on the site. So what do you think of online dating? For or Against? I'd taken the break I was on before one of our fellow bloggers, who shall remain nameless, coaxed me back into the world of sex. And am waiting to do the do. This has been keeping those who mean to be nothing more than a sex slave of mine, at bay. The wait has been hard and I'm wanting to end it. Maybe this one will be the one.... or not. I'll keep you posted.

Week 1

Well I started the 6week body makeover last Monday and this Monday I weighed in 3.9lbs lighter. Gotta love it! Looking forward to next week's weigh in. Not much else going on. Family life has quieted down. Thank the Lord.

New Year

So we're good and into the new year, how are you doing? I've got my exercise routine down. Now I need to focus on my eating habits. I've ordered the Michael Thrumond 6wk body makeover to help me with this. Cuz it ain't easy. What's going on with you?

Thursday

I know I know! I've only been posting on Mondays and here lately not at all. Well it's Thursday. Sitting here waiting for the phone to ring and so far nothing. All must be well in the world outside of the IT department. So I thought I'd hit yall up with what's been going on.
My daughter has caused me the most drama I have ever had in my life. I'm just about on a first name basis with the police. Ridiculous! It's more than a little bit of stress raising a teenaged girl in this day without the strong father role. Who by the way lives in the city and pays CS, but has chosen to keep his role at a distance.. go figure. His choices will catch him so I choose not to dwell. Wish I could lock her up til she's ready to go to college. But... Still waiting to see what hapens on the personal front with me... the wait is getting tedious. I'll explain if it ever pans out. All else is pretty good. Check yall later.

Funky Mood

This totally describes my mood for the day. I woke up, worked out and got ready for work. Got out of the house on time. AND made it to work on time. Now I'm sitting here with NO THING to do. The phones aren't ringing, which being a tech support rep... spells a long ass day! People I talk to only succeed in pissing me off. Not their fault.. it's the mood. I've gotten into a funk and don't know what will get me out. I'm certainly ready to get the heck out of here for an hour. Haven't written in quite some time and when I do it's a rant.. go figure. Hey eerbody.

Another Mickey Frickey Monday

Well Monday has rolled around again. And I am blessed that I was able to get up on my own, and get my behind to work, this morning. But I tell you what, I could live without a teenaged daughter, who thinks she's a s grown as I am. And is going to force me to put the smack down, once again. For some reason she thinks she can hang with me, but she needs to think again. I am not looking forward to doing this again. Foolish me! Should definitely thought better of the having kids decision. I sit sometimes and wonder what my life would be like if I had never had kids. Hmmmm lovely. Don't get me wrong at times kids are a great joy, and on that same day, they're a pain in the ass! Let's just call a spade a spade. I love my son to death, know why? He's only 9mths old. I'm sure I'll one day be bitching about him too. LOL Well that's my rant for Monday, let's hope there isn't one for Tuesday! But that's being waaayyy optimistic. Sheesh!!!

Columbus Weekend

I had the best time this weekend hanging out with my new sisters. We did bowling dinner breakfast and lots of talking. Don't get me wrong we talk to each other just about everyday. But there was a tremendous difference between doing it online and in person. To my BBQ's this was a wonderful weekend, filled with fun, laughter and chatter. Yall my girls for life!
