I had the best time this weekend hanging out with my new sisters. We did bowling dinner breakfast and lots of talking. Don't get me wrong we talk to each other just about everyday. But there was a tremendous difference between doing it online and in person. To my BBQ's this was a wonderful weekend, filled with fun, laughter and chatter. Yall my girls for life!

We all are members of a dieting/life style change site, sparkpeople. We meet there in a group named BBQ(Beautiful Black Queens).
Nice picture. It's good to have a lot of support during weight loss efforts.
